Commission information and TOS
I will draw:
-Humanoids
-furry
-original characters
-canon characters (not all)
-NSFW (will need ID age verification)
I won't draw:
-Real people including yourself
-Mecha
1. Commercial use and personal use
- Personal use license:
Artworks and designs are only for personal use, reproduction is prohibited and reselling for higher value is prohibited. I reserve the rights to use the artwork for advertisement and social media purposes by default, this includes work in progresses, if you don't want the artwork to be released on my end, an NDA fee will apply.
-Commercial use license:
Artworks for commercial use are 2x the original price, this gives you licensing right for commercial purposes i.e. creating merchandise and usage for social media.
2. Payment method and refund policy
- All transactions must be made upfront by Paypal or Stripe in USD.
- Commissions are first pay first serve, if you placed an order but someone after you have paid first, they will be placed before you.
- Full refunds can only be made before the sketch stage, this means that I have not started drawing your commission.
- Partial refunds corresponding to the percentage complete are also made if under any circumstances I could not complete the artwork. This may be requested or initiated by me.
- I have a right to terminate the commission process without explanation, and refunds will be made according to the percentage completed.
3. Change of Social Media Handle or Contact method
- If you change your social media handle or contact, please inform me, as I am not responsible for keeping up with your changes. If I lose your handle or contact, I cannot deliver the artwork.
4. Credit and social media use
-Credit must be given for both personal and commercial use, this could be in the form of linking my social media or by mentioning my handle anywhere in your post (@fungifeast), or my full name where appropriate.
PAYMENT PLANS
1. Payment plans are only available to customers that have worked with me in the past at least twice.
2. I will only start your order after full payment is made.
3. For weekly payments, you have a 3 day grace period to process payment, for monthly it is 7 days.
4. Missing payments without explanation would risk cancellation of your order.
5. If your order is cancelled due to missing payment, a refund will be made to you with 10% cancellation fee deducted from the total, and you will be black listed from my commissions in the future.
